		Rachel Sacco,  President & CEO, Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau Rachel will present the bureau’s next steps for ensuring Scottsdale’s brand resonates with future visitors. She also will discuss how the community is coming together to align our amenities with the expectations of these same customers.
		Robert Hayward,  Consultant, Warnick + Company Which U.S. destinations are seeing new hotel investment and what makes them such prime spots for tourism growth? Robert will share the answers and also provide insight into what Scottsdale can do to join these ranks.
		Tom Stalnaker,  Partner, Oliver Wyman The airline industry is rapidly changing - influencing how and where visitors travel. Tom will reveal what's behind these changes and how they are impacting Scottsdale and the Valley.
